Giveaway Rules: Big Green Egg Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   • The Big Green Egg Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Red Clay Hot Sauce, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

   • The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2023 and ends on May 22, 2023 at 11:59pm ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
     • Visit the landing page at [URL: https://redclayhotsauce.com/pages/big-green-egg-giveaway].
     • Follow the instructions provided on the landing page, including entering the required information such as name, email address, and any additional information requested.
     • Agree to the giveaway rules and terms.
     • Submit the completed entry form by clicking the designated submission button.

4. Limit:

   • One entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will take place within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period.
   • The potential winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing date. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
   • The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) within the specified time period.

6. Prize:

   • The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) Big Green Egg grill (size and specifications as determined by Red Clay Hot Sauce). The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made.
   • The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government assessments associated with the prize.

7. Publicity:

   • By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Red Clay Hot Sauce to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

   • Red Clay Hot Sauce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Red Clay Hot Sauce in its sole discretion.
   • Red Clay Hot Sauce reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violates these Giveaway rules.
   • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

   • By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Red Clay Hot Sauce and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors or any errors made in the advertisement of the Giveaway; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

10. Disputes:

• Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of [State], United States. All issues and questions concerning these Giveaway rules, rights, and obligations of participants, or Red Clay Hot Sauce's rights and obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
