When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and other supply chain delays, some products may ship up to 5-7 business days after the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number.
Ground shipments are sent UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 11AM PST. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Holiday Shipping Update: Due to increased order volume, orders may take an additional few days to process. Red Clay is not able to guarantee delivery dates this holiday season. We highly recommend ordering your gifts as far in advance as possible to help your order arrive on time.
When is the last date to place an order for holiday delivery?
Delivery by December 24: order by 11:59 AM ET on 12/10
Delivery by December 31: order by 11:59 AM ET on 12/17

What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on products. All orders are considered final sale. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that our customer service is available 9 am - 5 pm PST Monday - Friday.
I placed an order and noticed the shipping address was incorrect, how can I update this?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your address if your package has not been processed for shipping.
If your package has been processed for shipping, you will be able to manage your order and arrange delivery to another location on FedEx.com or UPS.com once your shipment begins tracking.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Due to increased order volume, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
We don’t ship internationally just yet, but stay tuned.
