This might be the best and easiest breakfast or snack ever. Seriously yummy with the perfect nutty-ness, crunch, and sweet heat with our Hot Honey. We're going nuts for this one.

Ingredients
- 2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raw whole almonds
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (roasted and salted)
- 1/3 cup shaved coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Red Clay Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

- a pinch of Maldon sea salt for finishing touch!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of raw almonds in a food processor to roughly chop.
- Add all dry ingredients including spices in a bowl and mix until spices are well combined.
- Add honey and melted oil to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pat down granola mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-25 mins until starts to brown, turning the pan mid-way through for even cooking. Watch carefully!
- Sprinkle with a pinch of Maldon sea salt as a finishing touch! For a little extra heat, use Red Clay's Hot Hot Honey instead!
