  • 4 oz Red Clay Hot Honey
  • T soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 4 sprigs cilantro, stems and leaves chopped
  • 3 basil leaves, rough chopped

Wings or drumsticks? That's the important question here. This sticky and sweet + spicy recipe has got everyone wanting more every single time. For those that live life on the wild side, a big pour of Red Clay Original or Carolina sauce will do the trick.

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Grill wings and/or drumsticks until lightly charred and cooked through.
  3. Toss the chicken in the sauce, then put back on grill, rotating every 20 seconds for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the grill and toss with sauce.
  5. Plate the chicken, garnish with herbs and serve!
