  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • .25 oz Spicy Peach Honey Syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint sprig (for garnish)

A refreshing Mint Julep with a Red Clay twist using our Spicy Peach Honey.
  1. To make Spicy Peach Honey Syrup, mix 2 parts Spicy Peach Honey with 1 part water.
  2. Mix over low heat until combined, do not bring to boil. Set aside and let cool.
  3. Set aside and let cool.
  4. Add mint leaves, Spicy Peach Honey Syrup, bourbon, and ice into a shaker.
  5. Shake for 5-10 seconds.
  6. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  7. Pack the glass tightly with crushed ice and create ice dome.
  8. Garnish with mint sprig. Enjoy!
