A refreshing Mint Julep with a Red Clay twist using our
Spicy Peach Honey.
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make Spicy Peach Honey Syrup, mix 2 parts Spicy Peach Honey with 1 part water.
- Mix over low heat until combined, do not bring to boil. Set aside and let cool.
- Set aside and let cool.
- Add mint leaves, Spicy Peach Honey Syrup, bourbon, and ice into a shaker.
- Shake for 5-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Pack the glass tightly with crushed ice and create ice dome.
- Garnish with mint sprig. Enjoy!
